And most likely we never will. Regardless of that, I care about you and your happiness and well-being. I want to spread joy and healing wherever I go, to whomever I see. I hope you want the same for me, and for everyone. If everyone felt that way about everyone else I think the world would be a much better place. Don’t you?

There are different ways to do healing-work. I’ve done hands-on healing with great success at times. I’ve also just been a good listener at other times and have allowed the person I’m with to discover their own answers. I am a willing participant. I ask The Universe to use me on a regular basis. I ask The Universe to speak through me. I ask to be of service. I usually wear a smile on my face and that brightens the days of others. I can tell because of the smiles I receive in return. It feels good. I like it.

There’s a prayer that I found it in a book I read often. It says, “God here I am and here are all my troubles. I’ve made a mess of things and can’t do anything about it. You take me, and all my troubles, and do anything you want with me.” I like that. I say that every day, and I have an attitude of gratitude.  When I do that, I feel at peace. I feel confident that everything’s alright – that we’re safe. I hope you’re having a wonderful day. Blessings.

What’s your inner dialog like? How do you talk to yourself? Would you say those things to your best friend? If not, then why do you say them to yourself? With every thought we entertain, and with every word we utter, we create the fabric of our life: we create our reality! (Law of Attraction) By the way, the Law of Attraction is like the Law of Gravity. Whether or not you believe in it makes no difference whatsoever.

What are the questions you ask yourself? Do you ask questions like, “Why do I always (fill in the blank)? Your mind is a computer, an infinitely powerful one! Ask a question and it will set about finding answers – millions of them. So ask better questions, like: “What empowered action can I take right now?” My late wife, Darlyne, taught me this. She was a Speech Pathologist and a Hypnotherapist. Language was very important to her. She taught me the power of thoughts and words. Another one she taught me had to do with negatives. Our subconscious mind doesn’t understand them. It doesn’t understand what “no” means. When I say, “Don’t forget to . . . ” I’m instructing it to forget! It’s more effective to say, “Remember to . . . ”

From time to time I hear someone say, “I have a bad back!”

“No you don’t!,” I tell him/her, “You have a marvelous back that’s experiencing distress as the moment!” Sound silly? It’s not! Every molecule of our body has intelligence. Those molecules “hear” what we say about them and what we feel about them. Tell them they’re “bad” and they’ll act accordingly. Send your back love and help it to heal.

I didn’t invent this stuff. I’ve learned it over my lifetime. I do my best to pay attention. I like passing along information that I find helpful. Perhaps you’ll find it helpful too. I hope so. Yes, they do! Watch your words, especially when they’re preceded with, “I am. . . “  “I AM” is the Name of God. When we say, “I am” (something), we are making a very powerful statement about ourselves. Do not take God’s Name in vain! If we say, “I am,” followed by something negative, we are taking God’s Name in vain. Affirm only what you want to be true about yourself, that which you want to manifest. EMPOWER yourself. You are very powerful. You are one with The ONE! Say to yourself, “I am That I AM!” You are, you know. God created you out of ITSELF! God created you by Becoming You! Does that sound silly? It’s not! It is the Truth of your Being! Quit selling yourself short. Claim your inheritance! You are MAGNIFICENT! You are what God is doing right now!
