rsz_2012_07_28_654_flippedMy name is Philip Diehl (pronounced “deal”) I was born on July 27, 1942. I graduated from High School in 1960 and immediately enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard. I served from 1960 to 1966 and began my career in Radio. Upon my discharge I was hired by RCA Global Communications, Inc., and worked at San Francisco Radio/KPH, located on the Pt. Reyes peninsula about 50 miles north of San Francisco. I worked there for most of the next 30 years.

I’ve worn different hats over the years. I was a Ship-to-Shore Radiotelegraph operator (Morse code). I drove logging trucks for a couple of years on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. I drove a Pepsi route in San Francisco for a year or so. I became a Software Engineer for while. I was a database programmer after that, and ran the mailroom for a company that managed gigantic class action law suits. I worked at the State Hospital in Salem, Oregon. (The same place where “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest”  was filmed.) Today, I live in Eugene, Oregon and worked at a psych unit at a local hospital as a Mental Health Technician. I retired a few years ago, and I am now an Uber driver. I really enjoy driving for Uber and being my own boss. I get to meet lots of really interesting people and have some great conversations.

I have many interests: writing, photography, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, motorcycle riding, and most ofkwestRiding copy all Metaphysics. I am a seeker. I have studied Metaphysics for about 40 years. I have done healing-work. I am a 2nd degree Reiki Practitioner. I’ve studied and practiced Regenesis. I’ve studied and practiced Qi Gong. I use quartz crystals to channel energy for healing. I get my greatest joy from reaching out to others and being of service. And that’s why I am creating this web site. Fear is horribly painful and it is my desire and intention to alleviate that fear in as many people as possible, especially the fear of “death.”

Besides all that, I am a husband, a father, a grandfather, a brother, a cousin, an uncle, a colleague, and a friend to many. You’ll notice I said, “husband.” Yes. I am remarried, for just about 10 years now. I found my current wife, Catherine, about 5 years after Darlyne left her body.  I love being married.  It’s my natural state of being. I am doubly blessed in that for the second time in my life, I am married to my very best friend. Darlyne was my best friend, and Catherine is my best friend, and I married them both. I highly recommend marrying your best friend, if your intention is to marry.
